My lovely friends Lauren and Tim got married before Lauren went off for basic training. I adore them both and had so much fun at the wedding. Seeing two good friends get married was the highlight of my week! Lauren has been away since September finishing up her training and she comes home tomorrow. I am very excited to see her! More pictures later

Once a year the kidney walk does a walk at the Philadelphia Zoo. I try and do the walk for my friend Joe, who had a failing kidney and was on dialysis 3x a week. Joe recently, this year about 6 months ago, got a kidney transplant. We were all so happy for him and that made this year's kidney walk so much more special. It felt great to be out there supporting a good cause. Joe actually just got accepted as a 2012 transplant olympics contestant, he was so excited!

Lately the weather has been so rainy and not good at all. I fear the last time I went to the beach will be the last time I sunbathe this year. Now don't get my wrong, I am more then excited for fall (especially pumpkin picking and pumpkin pie!) but if i knew that would be the last time at the beach this season I would have spent more time taking it all in. We went to Island Beach State Park to beach it up and then headed over to the Seaside Boardwalk, where the Jersey Shore is filmed. The water when we went was so perfect that we spent most of the time in the water. Of course I was burnt as always but it really was a perfect day at the beach!

If you can't make fun of yourself in a fun house mirror then you are no friend of mine!

and you can't have a trip to the beach without playing skeeball!

I got the high score of the day and eddy rewarded me with a lollipop with all of our tickets!

I got a blue tongue (and mouth) from the lollipop that Eddy got me so its a good thing by that time we were on our way home!
Thanks for listening;
XO

Okay, so I promised to take photo's at the Pizza Olympics and I did bring my camera with me but it was so hot and full of people that i just used instagram to take pictures and by pictures I mean two pictures. I was to busy stuffing my face full of delicious pizza and the crowds were dreadful. However i did get in a little early but forgot to take post pizza pictures, say that three times fast!

My favorite pizza by far was
Nomad Pizza. They had the most delicious freshest pizza ever. I didn't taste all the pizza there so I guess I can't say for sure that it was the best but to me it was the best! So if you are ever in Philly try some Nomad Pizza!
The video is of the mummers dancing, I'll see if i can post it later.

Here are a few pictures from Cult Classics, the car show Eddy and I attended a few weeks ago. It was just about two hours away from us and we had such a lovely drive!

This is the reason I go to the shows. VW Bus's are my favorite and I really hope to own one, one day. It's a dream of mine!

I also go for the crazy mods, I love to see crazy paint jobs, cars completely rusted, how low they can get them, and all the crazy wheels people buy. I feel like your car sort of defines who you are and seeing peoples cars are sort of like walking into their life.

I mostly love the older cars and don't care much for the new cars that are there which is why most of my photos are of the older cars. I have pictures from another car show Eddy and I stopped at on our way home which are coming soon!

After the car show about a week ago Eddy and I stumbled upon a park. It was a fun park with a lot of cool features. We had a lot of fun playing on the equipment and taking pictures. Here are a few of my favorites.

When we went to see fireworks I tried out a few new setting on my camera. I took as many pictures as possible without missing any of the action!

The master of yoyo's patiently awaiting the show

I love fireworks. They are so magical. Did you see any fireworks on Monday?

Eddy and I patiently awaited the arrival of the parade and by patiently I mean I was antsy and asked what time it was every 3 seconds, whoopse ;)

This was one of my favorite men in the parade, "Yay History" what a sign!

Some dope cars drove by real slow!

A few firetrucks with really loud sirens.

Mummers, Now I don't know if you guys have Mummers where you're from but the Mummers her are absolutely awesome!

baby holding!

and an obligatory "the end"
I hope if you went to a parade it was half as awesome as the parade I went to :)
